Being inspired by other strong small business owners in her life, Megan combined her love for the industry and her savvy business sense and opened her doors to Renewal Spa & Beauty in December of 2017.

After a ground breaking year, Megan envisioned bigger and better things for her supportive and loving clients. In December of 2018, Megan acquired her first independent Brick & Mortar location in West Linn, Oregon. On February 1st, 2019, Renewal Spa & Beauty had its grand opening, and it's been an adventure ever since!

Megan's vision for Renewal has always been to create a space where clients can feel safe and have access to amazing, efficacious products and treatments that actually work! She carefully researches everything before giving it her endorsement and offering it to clients at the spa: pure, natural ingredients with no harsh chemicals, clinically tested, and guaranteed to make your skin glow.

When she is not at the spa, Megan can be found at home in the gardens, tending to her chickens, or enjoying the outdoors and gorgeous Pacific Northwest with her husband and two kids.

Megan wanted Renewal to be a space not only for people to come feel like their best selves - she also envisioned for other beauty professionals to thrive as individuals in their own businesses.
Every member of the Renewal Family was carefully hand selected by Megan to ensure everyone who steps into the spa has top-level service and professionalism.

Lumé Med Spa
A native to Portland, our Injection Specialist Brooke has been a Registered RN since 2012. Her nursing career took her to Austin, TX where she started in Oncology and Neurology and transitioned to Emergency Medicine at a Level 1 Trauma hospital in 2015. At this time, she also worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist for a spinal hardware company that focused on autologous adult stem cell technology. A natural leader, she became an Administrative Nursing Supervisor for the hospital by 2018 where she exceled in mentoring other nurses, maintaining positive relationships between staff, physicians, managers, and patients, and ensuring smooth throughput in operations. She brings this same teamwork mentality and seamless transition of care to her aesthetic practice back in her home area.

Owner and founder, Windy Gatlin, has 10 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry. Offering custom hair and skincare services and solutions by working closely with you to achieve your goals. When Windy is not in the spa or behind the chair, you can find her cooking, entertaining, traveling and spending quality time with family and loved ones.

The Bunny Beauty Bar
Christa Varela was raised in West Linn, Oregon. After high school graduation, she was employed as a caregiver for Alzheimer's patients. This was the beginning of Christa's passion for helping people. Since then Christa has worked as a teaching assistant for special needs and has been a server in the Lake Oswego area for the past 6 years.
Owning a business and helping people has been Christa's dream since her first caregiving job. Christa and Megan were good friends in high school and after reconnecting post the birth of her second baby, she was inspired to get her Esthetician license and combine her love of brows and helping people into a career.
When Christa is not with clients (or researching all things beauty!) you can find her with husband and two kids. Christa enjoys cooking with her husband, traveling and going on family walks. She looks forward to always continuing her education and offering the best cruelty free options for her clients while making them feel their best.
